Article 1 — Purpose
These terms govern the sale of sponsored articles and link insertions (backlinks) on third-party websites, offered by BigBacklink.
Article 2 — Services
BigBacklink writes and publishes articles containing one or more hyperlinks pointing to the client's website, and inserts links into existing articles. Domain characteristics (RD, TF, traffic) are indicative and verified at the time of publication.
Article 3 — Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in euros (incl. tax). Payment is taken at order time by credit card, PayPal or cryptocurrency. Orders are processed upon receipt of payment.
Article 4 — Delivery time
Articles or link insertions are published within 24 hours. The client receives an email with the URL of the published page.
Article 5 — Link permanence
Published links are permanent. In case of involuntary removal, BigBacklink commits to publishing a replacement link on a domain with equivalent metrics.
Article 6 — Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period. The client expressly accepts that the service begins upon payment.
Article 7 — Liability
BigBacklink cannot be held liable for the SEO impact of backlinks on the client's site rankings. Results depend on many factors outside our service.
Article 8 — Disputes
In case of dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, the courts of the publisher's registered office will have jurisdiction.
